The 4x4 is a whole different beast than the classic cube. Those extra center pieces really force you to think ahead, and I've already spent a couple hours just figuring out the first layer. Way more satisfying than I expected once it finally clicks.

Finally solved it after two weeks of on-and-off frustration, but figuring out the 4x4 centers took way longer than I expected. The turning is smooth, though it locks up a bit if you rush the corner pieces. Solid step up once you've got the classic 3x3 down.
